2. Orders and Payments
You may place an order on our website by selecting the product you wish to purchase and adding it to your cart. You will then be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We accept payment by credit card. You will be charged the full amount of your order at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping
We ship to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in shipping caused by incorrect information.
We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain dollar amount. Orders that do not meet this threshold will be charged a shipping fee.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Domestic orders arrive between 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days. CaffeineExperts.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs when the wrong address is input during setup for the free trial and subsequent subscription.
4. Returns and Refunds
An item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 21 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused condition. A refund will be issued to the payment method you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show in your account. All returns should be sent to the return address on the shipping label.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. If the item is received damaged, or if there is a mistake on our part, you will be reimbursed for the full purchase price, including shipping costs.
If the order is returned without return shipping being paid by the customer, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the original purchase total, as well as a $3.50 customer convenience fee.
