I drink Optimize every morning in place of coffee, I also no longer use preworkout as this product gives me consistent energy throughout the day without a crash. The best part is if I am going to hard all day and I need a pick me up, the dosage if perfect for me to have just a little to where it won’t have a negative effect on my sleep!
